About the wine

Tasting note
Made from Nebbiolo grapes, it has the same noble lineage as Barolo. The aroma is harmonious with notes of violets and raspberries, the palate is tannic, full of character and with good body and structure.
Culinary recommendation
Wonderful with beef — from steaks to stroganoff to tartare or slow-cooked roast from the oven. The perfect accompaniment to the intense roasted aromas of grilled dishes — whether steaks, vegetables, BBQ pieces, poultry or fish.
Vinification
Manual harvest of Nebbiolo grapes. Fermentation (15 days) in steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 24°/25°C. After the Nebbiolo d'Alba has been in concrete tanks for about two months, it is aged in large Slovenian oak barrels for one year. The aging process is then continued in the bottle for a further two months.
