Tasting note
Classic Serralunga Barolo with intense aromas of red cherries, rose petals, tar and delicate spicy notes. Structured on the palate with strong but well-integrated tannins, fresh acidity and mineral depth. Long, elegant finish with great aging potential.

Goes well with braised meat dishes, game, truffle pasta and aged hard cheese.
Vinification
Traditional mash fermentation with long maceration. Aging for at least 24 months in large Slavonian oak barrels to promote the complexity and longevity of the wine.
