About the wine
Fruity aromas of cherries, plums, elderberries and black currants. Intense fruity structure on the palate, very typical of the grape varieties, which show a beautiful elegance. Well-embedded and persistent tannins and a remarkable length.

Onyx Nobile XIX's fine bouquet of lavender, spices and vanilla shows a complex aroma structure and plenty of pleasure potential. The outstanding notes of black cherry and plum shape its individual texture. With round and fine tannins, a strong body and outstanding acidity, this red wine presents its masterly structure.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with hearty meat dishes from beef, lamb or game & matured cheese.
Vinification
A subtle blend of power and suppleness, strong and fine at the same time. A bold blend of Barbera from Piedmont, aged in oak barrels for a year, and Diolinoir, the emblematic grape variety from Valais.
