About the wine
This Blanc de Noir is a sophisticated white wine made from the blue, “black” grapes Garnacha Negra and Carinyena. The name, which means “white from black”, reflects the gentle pressing process in which the dark grape skins do not color the juice. The result is a fruity and aromatic wine with an elegant creaminess that harmoniously combines the fresh lightness of white wine with the deep structure and complexity of the blue grapes.

Tasting note
Light color with delicate pink reflections that indicate the origin of the red grapes. The nose reveals seductive aromas of citrus fruits, red berries and a hint of figs and dates. Fresh, complex on the palate and with a smooth, oily texture.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with fish, seafood, Asian cuisine, poultry, charcuterie, white meats, vegetarian dishes, salads, pasta and cheese. It's also a pleasure solo.
Vinification
This Blanc de Noir was obtained from blue grapes — 50% Carinyena and 50% Garnacha Negra — by gentle pressing, without contact with mash. Fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks, without malolactic fermentation. 60% of the aging took place in granite eggs and 40% in stainless steel tanks, each over three months — for a combination of freshness and structure.
