Tasting note
Excellent Chardonnay with clear, pure fruit, some quince, honey, white flowers. Racy, mineral, juicy acidity, beautifully buffered by subtle, soft extract. Long lingering with fruit and some caramel and saffron. Nice food companion.

Our recommendation: The perfect drinking temperature for the white wine is slightly chilled 6°-8°C. The recommended enjoyment phase of this wine is in the following period: Now until 2020. Flaschenpost team recommends Flaschenpost team with goat cheese, poultry and fish with herbs.
