Tasting note
The wine shines in soft salmon pink and shines with a sophisticated, interwoven, fruity bouquet and typical Pinot nose. This is reminiscent of ripe strawberries and ice cream sweets, fragrant and fresh. Refreshingly fruity, elegant and lively at the start with a lively acid structure, subtle caramel note and soft structure, well balanced with refreshing acidity and distinctive residual sweetness.

Vinification
