About the wine
M. Chapoutier, a sounding name and an illustrious personality. Michel Chapoutier has been managing the winery, founded in 1808, since 1990 and immediately and then revolutionarily switched to biodynamic viticulture. The success proves him right. Today, Chapoutier is not only a fixed star on the Rhône and in the French wine world, he is also one of the most important international ambassadors of biodynamic viticulture. His rare top wines from the Fac & Spera line receive praise and points year after year and are sought after all over the world.

Tasting note
Dark magic. There is initially closed and occult, some slate, moist ash, leather, then increasingly warmer, sweet magic, enticing and tempting, open, dark and bright sweet fruit, plums and quince. Dark warmth on the palate, lush, sweet dark fruits, behind this magic again these occult features, barren, dark, moist stones, dark tart notes, licorice, slate, herbs, sweet-tart length. Has its own aura, dark, sweet magic. As always, fabulous at this price.

Vinification
Very selective reading by hand. Long maceration of the completely destemmed berries, fermentation with the vineyard's own yeasts, slow aging.
