About the wine
Enric Soler is actually a sommelier and owns one of the most reputable sommelier schools in Barcelona. With the inheritance of very old Xarel.lo vines in Alt Penedès from his grandfather, his career as a winemaker also began. Since then, he has produced only a few thousand bottles here with the support of the busy oenologist Ester Nin Llort. From the outset, it was clear that the great potential of expressive Xarel.lo should also be exploited on barren soils. The vineyard and cellar are therefore worked with great care and above all with the hands. The small vineyard at Torrelavit has been cultivated biodynamically since 2005.

Tasting note
Medium golden yellow. The scent is beguiling, mineral, with aromas of spring flowers, honey and tropical fruits. That complexity! Soft texture, concentrated and close to the palate. Well balanced with excellent length A special kind of seducer.
Vinification
The organically grown grapes are harvested by hand, destemmed and, after a short maceration period, gentle pneumatic pressing takes place. Steel tank fermentation at a cool 14°C. Ageing for 8 months in 50% new Burgundy barrels (300l).
