Tasting note
Cuvée of 60% Chardonnay and 40% Pinot Noir from the 2016 vintage, aged 70% in wooden barrels and 30% in tanks. Disgorged after 44 months of bottle aging. The nose features aromas of white peach, sour cherries, yellow plums and some apple, spiced with mineral chalk notes and a delicate touch of sweetened black tea. Challenging and engaging on the palate, with a good balance of crunchy fruit, delicate smoky minerals and finely creamy wood seasoning.

Goes well with various fish dishes, seafood and crustaceans, such as fried sole Grenobler style or scallops with bacon crumble and cider sauce
