About the wine
Picturesque and magnificent landscapes in Campania give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Italian winery Mastroberardino conjures up this white wine with refinement and experience. We have a special, distinctive white wine from 2016 for you, which is a source of enthusiasm among many wine connoisseurs. The Flaschenpöstler promise a dining experience when you serve this greco with tofu or fish.

Tasting note
Medium yellow with greenish reflections. Fresh-looking, aromatically very well accentuated nose. Aromas of ripe pome fruit, blossoms and almonds, followed by mineral notes and a touch of blossom honey. Juicy and full-bodied on the palate, wonderful texture with elegant, well-supporting acidity. Fruity and spicy with notes of herbs. Very nice balance. The aftertaste is mineral and of medium length.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with spaghetti alle vongole as well as with Vitello tonato Napoletana.
Vinification
Mastroberardino has been dedicated to the ancient Greco di Tufo grape variety since 1945. It is cultivated in Irpinia, in the Sabato Valley. After careful harvesting by hand and gentle pressing, the must is fermented and aged in steel tanks. After bottling, the wine is left to rest on the bottle for some time before it goes on sale.
