About the wine
As an aperitif wine, the New Age has become an absolute trendsetter! It is best enjoyed over ice with a lime wedge. This so-called “tincho” — young Valentine — is named after the New Age inventor Valentin Eduardo Bianchi.

Tasting note
Intense golden yellow, with a pleasant honey scent and notes of ripe peaches, appears concentrated, sweet at the beginning with fine-rich aromas, mild and full-bodied, balanced, concentrated fruit notes, soft, appropriate acidity, strong aromatic persistence with a slight tartness on the sweet aftertaste.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with seafood, light fish dishes or as an aperitif.
Vinification
The grapes for the New Age White are picked by hand from sustainably managed vineyards in the San Rafael wine region of Argentina. Selected yeasts are added to freshly squeezed juice to initiate fermentation, which is stopped after half the time by spinning the wine in a centrifuge, resulting in a naturally slightly sweet, slightly sparkling wine. No additional sweeteners are used in the production of New Age Wines.
