Tasting note
Bright ruby red in the glass. On the nose, fresh fruity aromas of red berries, black cherries and delicate spicy notes. Fresh and lively on the palate with silky tannins. The perfect combination of power and elegance. A full-bodied, harmonious finale.

Vinification
The vines grow on mineral volcanic rock at an altitude of 750 m on the northern side of Etna. After the grapes are picked by hand, the alcoholic fermentation takes place at 25 °C in steel tanks for 15 days. Subsequent aging in large French wooden barrels for 2 years.
