About the wine
Bianco Ripazzo: That is Nauer's smooth interpretation of innovation! We have been trying to produce white wine using the above-mentioned process for a long time. We may be the first in Switzerland to do that. Since 1893, we have traditionally dedicated ourselves to innovation.

Tasting note
Pale lemon-yellow color. On the nose, Bianco Ripazzo reveals an intense, floral-fruity bouquet with notes of white flowers, hibiscus, grapefruit, rose petals and at the same time exotic nuances such as lychee and mango. On the palate, it is fruity, fresh and intense with aromas of citrus fruits such as clementine, carambole, white peach and a delicately candied orange. Very long, clean finish.
Vinification
Bianco Ripazzo is produced using a special method from Veneto, called Ripasso. Ripasso literally means another pass, as the mash is added by a stronger wine, which results in a new fermentation (2nd round). As a result, the wine takes on a stronger aroma and gains color. Vinification and aging on fine yeast exclusively in stainless steel tanks.
