Tasting note
Nauer's Rarum can only be produced in absolute peak years. With a yield of just under 500 grams per square meter, there is a lot of extract, with only the absolute top barriques being selected for this wine. The result is a finesse Pinot Noir with a very strong stature. The wine is unfiltered, which results in an intense aroma. The tannins are wonderfully integrated into the body and the aftertaste is exceptionally long. The wine is a secret tip for all wine connoisseurs.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with fine meat dishes such as beef fillet, rack of lamb or game. It is also an excellent choice for aged hard cheese and truffle dishes.
