Gold with amber reflections. Complex nose of quince, candied citrus, gentian. Fresh on the palate, aromas of autumn fruits, spices. This natural sweet wine was fermented in the mash for 10 days before fermentation was stopped, which gives it texture and perfectly integrates the residual sugar. Half of the wine was then aged in a clay amphora, which gives the wine a complex fruit. The other half matured in wooden barrels and ensures a nice mouthfeel and roundness.
