About the wine
On sun-drenched hillsides between 400 and 600 m above sea level, the grapes ripen under special conditions: calcareous, loamy to gravel-clay soils give them strength and minerality, while the strong temperature differences between day and night develop their aromatic finesse. The result is a wine full of expression and elegance, inspired by the magic of its terroir.

Tasting note
Moriz revels in the nose with scents of pear, citrus and dried fruit, underlined with buttery notes. Fresh and juicy on the palate, Moriz has a pleasant fullness, accompanied by appealing minerality. The aftertaste is slightly spicy and long-lasting.
Culinary recommendation
An extremely versatile food companion, excellent with antipasti and perfect with hearty starters. Ideal with vegetables and cheese, fish dishes and white meats.
Vinification
After harvesting, the grapes are delivered in smaller containers and then pressed in a gentle process. The alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature (19°C). Most of the storage takes place in steel tanks. 20% are aged in large oak barrels without biological acid degradation.
