Tasting note
The part of the Zieregg vineyard planted with morillon changes from coral limestone to limestone marl soils, which have a little more heat storage capacity and are therefore ideal for a large Burgundy. The concentrated nose reveals concentrated aromas of cocoa beans, ripe lemons and hazelnuts. With air, then also fresh meadow herbs, cool and incredibly playful. An exceptional vintage with an inspiring length.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with pasta with cream sauce, fish dishes, seafood, but also with poultry and white meat.
