About the wine
The Foradori winery was built in 1901 and has been owned by the Foradori family since 1939. Elisabetta Foradori, the biodynamic pioneer, vinified her first vintage in 1984. In 2002, the winery was converted to biodynamics and is now considered a model company. By now, the next generation is already at the helm, with Emilio, Theo and Myrtha. Nowadays, not only is wine produced, but also vegetables and Elisabetta even produces its own cheese. The winery should be a closed circle and the various activities should be mutually beneficial.
Tasting note
The Cardinal - Round, approving and as if from another reality. The nose speaks of moss, some moisture and dark plums with white pepper, almost like a Syrah from the Côtes-du-Rhône. It then flows perfectly like a small nutshell on a trickle around your mouth before it really lengthens. Persistent, persistent and spicy like church secrets. It shines and shines in a soft and jazzy way, simply heavenly.

Vinification
Selective reading by hand. Fermented slowly and naturally in clay amphoras for 8 months, without any outside influence.
