Tasting note
Bright, intense straw yellow. Mineral notes (flint), a fine fruit, but also buttery notes are part of the multi-faceted bouquet. Full and rich on the palate, but without excess weight, with clearly noticeable roasted aromas in youth. A racy Chardonnay with lots of substance, which also has finesse and elegance.

Vinification
After manual harvesting, the grapes are pressed immediately. Fermentation takes place in small oak barrels, where the wine is then stored on full yeast for around ten months. Bottling is followed by another year of bottle aging before the moraine goes on sale.
