About the wine

The grapes grew on “controspallieri libera” according to Rudolf Steiner's theory. With the synergistic method, the soils are no longer torn up or plowed; the “underworld” of plants and microorganisms remains an undisturbed, intact ecosystem. The leaves are raised on the trellises and shade the grapes during the hot summer months. Within a short period of time, humus is formed again, the soils store carbon dioxide, rainwater is retained and is available to the vines in summer during the annual drought.
