Tasting note
Merlot comes in a fresh garnet red. Intense and pure on the nose with fruity notes of wild berries, spicy aromas and some chocolate. On the palate, it impresses with velvety tannin, a robust texture and wonderful richness and elegance. Thanks to its softness and juiciness, this Merlot is an uncomplicated, pleasant drinking experience.

Vinification
Traditional mash fermentation for 10 days at controlled temperature in steel tanks. This is followed by biological acid degradation and storage in medium-sized wooden barrels of 22 hectoliters and partly in large wooden barrels of 80 hectoliters of French Allier oak or Slovenian oak.
