About the wine
The grapes are picked by hand and then destemmed, crushed and pressed into red wine after traditional winemaking. Fermentation takes place in steel tanks at controlled temperatures and mashing can take 10 to 15 days. The wine is then aged for 12 months in oak barrels of 5000 and 7500 liters and then aged in the bottle for a further 6 months.
