About the wine
The winemaker from the Italian winery Selva Capuzza is absolutely proficient in his craft. Style and finesse are the characteristics of this white wine, which originates in the flourishing and fertile countryside of Lombardy. Tasting note
Straw yellow with golden reflections. Intense nose, nice complexity. Ripe citrus fruit, sweet, benevolent herbal scent. The barrique notes complete the bouquet without being obtrusive. Flattering, engaging and harmonious on the palate. Remarkably clean and straight-lined. Persistent and of great finesse on the finish. It's a masterpiece.
Culinary recommendation
Perfect with saltimbocca with saffron risotto. Or with fried pollock with hollandaise sauce and fresh asparagus.
Vinification
The selected grapes are carefully picked by hand. The grapes are destemmed and pressed. Some of the grape juice is fermented in barriques. The largest amount of must ferments in steel at carefully controlled temperatures. After a period of 10 to 14 months, the two wines obtained are married and mature for a further 5 months before bottling.
