About the wine
In 2013, the “Santar Vila Jardim” project was launched, which brings together the various historic gardens of the city of Santar. The owners of these gardens also wanted to use the vineyards and combined the various plots to form a winery. The soils are sandy, granite and slate and have good drainage. All of these factors favor the production of high-quality wines.

Culinary recommendation
Great with beef, pasta or grilled pulpo.
Vinification
Fermentation took place in small stainless steel tanks, followed by a phase on the fine yeast with regular stirring. After malolactic fermentation, it aged for 12 months in French (80%) and American (20%) oak barrels.
