Tasting note
Intense yellow with a beautiful shine and a thick tear in the glass. Powerful and complex on the nose, with a harmonious interplay between fruit and fine wood notes. Ripe fruit, sweet spices and balsamic notes form the aromatic core. On the palate, this verdejo made from old vines planted at 770 meters above sea level in 1934 is expressive and balanced, with ripe fruit, beautiful fullness, lively acidity and a long, spicy aftertaste.

Goes well with fresh and semi-aged cheeses, mixed salads, poultry, oily fish, seafood and rice dishes.
Vinification
12 months in oak barrels, then 12 months in bottle.
