With the distinctive red wine 2017 — Los Halcones Cepas Viejas de Bobal Crianza DO, nuances and accents are redefined. The winemaker from the Spanish winery Vega Tolosa Bodega greets us with this wine, which he grows in the Meseta countryside. Tasting note
Intense garnet red color. Aromas of ripe, dark fruits (blackberries) and spicy notes of black pepper. In the mouth, it is full-bodied, round and persistent.

Vinification
Cold maceration for 5 days followed by controlled fermentation at 22°C for 18 days. After fermentation, the wine is stored for 12 months in a selection of 55 new 225 liter French oak barrels. The wine stays in the bottle for at least 12 months before it goes on sale. The wine is not clarified so as not to lose its essence.
