Tasting note
Intense, full and long-lasting bouquet that is reminiscent of dried roses, alpine flowers and precious wood. Great structure - well balanced thanks to the ripe tannins. Nuanced and persistent aromas and good acidity make Ravera ideal for aging.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with red meat, mature cheese, a pleasant accompaniment after dinner.
Vinification
Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 28°. The must is in contact with the skins and seeds for 18 days. The wine ages in large Slavonian oak barrels for 42 months and then remains in the bottle for 6 months.
