About the wine
It is only since 2017 that staroenologist Falsini has had his own vineyards, both in Bolgheri and on Etna. The vinification takes place with friendly winemakers: Chiappini in Tuscany and Girolamo Russo in Sicily. The rare wines - only a few 100 bottles per type - have been highly sought after since they were in stores from the 2019 vintage.

Tasting note
Rich purple. Very complex nose with plums, blackberries, finely roasted spices and a touch of yogurt. Accurate and almost dance-like on the palate thanks to the lively acidity, but still highly complex, and a never-ending finish. The size of the wine is obvious, but it will be much better with a few years of patience.
Culinary recommendation
This Cabernet Franc from Bolgheri can play the leading role, supported by medium-fresh cheese, charcuterie, crostini with mushrooms or gratinated vegetables.
Vinification
Manual harvest, approx. 800 g per plant. Spontaneous fermentation with around 30% whole grapes for 16 days. Ageing in new barrels and tonneaux for 10 months.
