Tasting note
Cuvée composed of 45% Chardonnay, 45% Meunier and 10% Pinot Noir, with grapes from Châtillon sur Marne. Aged with BSA in used barriques. No fining, no filtration. The bouquet features aromas of candied citrus fruits, pears, fresh pineapple, dried cranberries, freshly baked apple tart, some (hazel) nut and a touch of honey, underlaid with notes of almond blossoms and subtle mineral-spicy notes. Complex and multi-layered on the palate, with a great balance of juicy sweet fruit, crunchy freshness and mineral-nutty tartness.
