Crafted from organically farmed grapes that are carefully handpicked and gently dried, it offers a natural balance of sweetness and structure. Tasting note
It is safe to say that this wine is one of the best sweet wines in the world. Made from the local Ribolla grape, the berries are dried in fresh air after harvesting. As a result, we find a wonderful balance between residual sugar, alcohol and acid. This process produces just 1,300 bottles from 5000 kg of grapes. Unfortunately — you'd almost like to say — that production is so limited, because with the great aromas of dried fruits, honey and the aromatic complexity with great acidity, this sweet wine should be for every table.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with blue cheese, foie gras, desserts with nuts or dried fruits, and dark chocolate.
