Tasting note
Give this cuvée some time, time to mature. After a few years of aging in the bottle, terroir-specific notes of slate soil and garrigue develop in the bouquet. This is accompanied by fine spicy and roasted aromas, which originate both from the grape varieties and from the ageing process. Summa summarum: The start in the nose is complex and exciting.
