Tasting note
Shows a deep red color with purple reflections The nose combines aromas of black cherries, cassis and subtle floral notes, accompanied by a touch of pepper and licorice. On the palate, it is lush and concentrated, with ripe tannins and elegant acidity that gives it freshness and structure. The aftertaste is long and intense, characterized by mineral accents and a slight hint of chocolate.
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with grilled beef, lamb, game and strong cheeses. It goes just as well with hearty stews or dishes with intense aromas such as truffle risotto or mushroom ragout.
