Le Grand Blanc Mediterranée IGP 2022 - Château Revelette

Chardonnay grows excellently north of the Montagne Saint Victoire. Peter Fischer doesn't just press a normal white wine. The first juice of the grapes is aged in concrete and steel tanks. The must from the pressing, on the other hand, is aged in half in large wooden barrels as well as in barriques. This wine ages slowly and needs air to open, shows aromas of dried fruits and spicy Provençal herbal notes; dense and full on the palate. A white wine that goes perfectly with white Flesich, but also gives bouillabaisse or strong soft cheese a special touch. This wine can also be decanted very well.
