This wine impresses with its freshness, fine structure and lively fruitiness, which is typical of Nebbiolo wines from the Langhe region.

Tasting note
On the nose, Runcaja has lots of red berries, rose petals and violets, plus light notes of herbal tea with some forest soil. Fresh and medium-heavy on the palate with a fine sour structure, velvety tannins and a persistent, fruity finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with dishes such as truffle pasta, beef steaks or roasts, and game fowl. Its fruity freshness and balanced structure make it a versatile companion for various dishes.
Vinification
Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. After a maceration period of about ten days, the wine is removed. The vinification continues with storage in large oak barrels for several months and storage in concrete tanks for at least three months before the wine is bottled.
