About the wine
The Langhe Nebbiolo DOC from Castello di Perno, which has been aged for eight months in large French oak barrels, shows all the typical characteristics of the noble grape variety from which it is obtained. Convincing on the nose and floral on the palate, it is a wine that offers a pleasant, satisfying sip that is easy to convince.

Tasting note
Ruby red. On the nose, it has notes of strawberries and raspberries, floral and earthy notes. On the palate, it is full-bodied, soft, balanced and persistent.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with traditional Piedmontese meat dishes, but also with red meat main dishes.
Vinification
Cold maceration for 48 hours and spontaneous fermentation with maceration for around 20 days at controlled temperature. Ageing for 8 months in large French and Austrian oak barrels. Bottled in August.
