On the palate, Millésimé impresses with elegant mousse, clear structure and an exciting balance of depth and freshness. Culinary recommendation
Perfect with delicate meat dishes such as veal fillet, guinea fowl or mild lamb. Fine fish dishes such as turbot, monkfish or scallops also harmonize perfectly with its fine structure. Vinification
The Millésimé 2014 from Lallier is a cuvée of six Grand Cru Champagne sites. The grapes come from the prestigious vineyards of the Côte des Blancs (Cramant, Avize, Oger) and the Montagne de Reims (Ambonnay, Verzenay). The composition is rounded off by wines from Aÿ — the only Grand Cru in the Vallée de la Marne — which are known for their unmistakable fruitiness and freshness. This champagne is a brilliant expression of the Lallier style and at the same time an homage to the quality of the 2014 vintage.
