About the wine

The “Castel La vie Rouge” has delicate notes of plums, blackberries, cherries with a slight hint of oak. This full-bodied and harmonious red wine is accompanied by a light breeze of tannin with a lovely delicate finish. The charming fruity red wine is made from a wonderful blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Malbec, Petit Verdot and Syrah. After fermentation, the wine is aged in concrete tanks for one year to keep its fruity and fresh body. In the first 3 years, the wine is at its peak, but can be stored for a few years under suitable conditions. Combine “La vie” with fruity dishes and light meat dishes of all kinds.
