About the wine

La Rodeda is the name of a small plot of land primarily planted with Garnacha Peluda, a particular type of Garnacha that is considered more rustic but often produces finer wines. The vines are around 80 years old and grow on black slate. The overripe grapes are sorted out and the whole grapes are fermented with their natural yeasts. There is no need for any mechanical assistance in the production of this wine. This wine has incomparable power and elegance, is related to the terroir and reflects this in a very rustic, beautiful way.
