La Réserve Mirabeau is a fresh, easy-going rosé that brings juicy flavors from Grenache, Rolle, and Cinsault to your glass. Ideal for laid-back times with friends, it’s organic and made to simply enjoy. A wine that’s all about good vibes and easy sipping.
Tasting note
Guillaume Cordonis, the experienced winemaker at Maison Mirabeau, has expanded his barrel selection and increased the proportion of the Rolle grape variety to give the wine even more depth and dimension. As a result, he gets his very own fascinating personality. Building on the profile of the first vintage, it looks for notes of spices, roasted fruit, butter, brioche, fresh fruit and floral notes. As far as aging in the barrels is concerned, the micro-oxygen supply “trains” the rosé in a different, gentler way. This fascinating rosé is only available in a very limited edition. The vines for the La Réserve grow right around the estate. To top it off, 30% of the profits from the vintage go to the Foundation for Regenerative Viticulture.
Vinification
La Réserve - the organic and regenerative cuvée from Maison Mirabeau! The wine is an expression of the hopes and dreams of its founders, Stephen and Jeany Cronk. Harvested at night and gently pressed in a non-oxidative environment, followed by temperature-controlled fermentation. Shortly after fermentation begins, some of the wine is bottled in barrels for 6 months before it is cut with the parts stored in stainless steel.
