Tasting note
Pure meunier from Vincelles vineyards with 1972 vines, based on the 2018 vintage. The nose is delicate aromas of juicy pears, red and yellow plums and satsumas. Showing red berries with air, Amarena cherries, underlined with floral-spicy notes of almond blossoms, blooming herbs and subtle lilacs. Rich, demanding on the palate, with pressure and good freshness, plus iodic-mineral coolness. Here too, with air showing more and more fruit and extract sweetness. ONLY 807 BOTTLES PRODUCED!
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with various starters, such as beetroot carpaccio, pear, almond feta crumble and old balsamic, or grilled radicchio with tahini. Also great with fish dishes such as salmon fillet with dried tomato and orange panko crust or with poultry.
