About the wine
After successfully founding their company Deux Frères and creating their gin, Gian and Florian began their next project: growing their own organic rosé. Inspired by their love for Provence, they found a family-run winery in 2022 that shares their values. Together, the Fête Bio Brut Rosé was created, whose fresh, fruity character embodies the essence of a perfect party.

Tasting note
Nice salmon color The fine perlage is accompanied by a dry finish, characterized by hints of minerals and light notes of stone fruits.
Culinary recommendation
Perfect with delicious appetizers, salmon tartare, sushi or prawns. Also with light dishes with goat cheese, fruity salads or berry desserts.
Vinification
The grapes are picked by hand a little earlier and fermented cool in steel tanks. The result is a fresh, aromatic base wine, followed by the second fermentation in the bottle (Méthode Traditionelle) with aging on yeast in the bottle for 9 months. Dosage 6g/L
