Tasting note
The garrigue leaves its mark: on the bouquet, on the palate and in the finale. The wide range of aromas of a Mediterranean spice bouquet and fine roasted aromas (vanilla, liquorice) are revealed in the nose. This is accompanied by ripe, sweet fruit notes of plums and berry jam. This intense aroma lasts a long time on the palate and comes to a harmonious conclusion in the finale. However, this cuvée from the best terroirs in the La Livinière appellation also offers a second component: fruit combined with a juicy tannin structure. Two structural elements that make this plant an exciting culinary experience.
