About the wine
The two likeable cousins come from the famous Pérez winemaking family. They grew up together among the vines, worked together in the family's wineries and in all sorts of countries. Since 2007, they have also dedicated themselves with great enthusiasm to the joint project Les Cousins Marc & Adria in the north of Priorat. The vinification takes place at the renowned Cims de Porrera winery managed by Adria. The highest quality standards therefore also apply to the uncomplicated, life-affirming and characterful wines from the two cousins Marc & Adria.

Tasting note
Happiness and tolerance, believes in people and the world — without being uncritical. Of beguiling openness, fresh and without prejudice, yet also warm and heartfelt, relaxed, lots of dark, aromatic berries, dried fruits, sweet spices, licorice, a touch of anise - with everything positive also radiates experience and a bit of seriousness, lots of dark notes in the background, deep, someone who knows. A lot of charm on the palate, again with great openness, soft and fresh, the present dark fruit, soft tannins, lively inner depth, fresh undergrowth, slate and peat. So uncomplicated, so heartfelt, so fulfilling — a wonderful wine.
Vinification
Read by hand. The grapes are destemmed and fermented in stainless steel tanks. Short maceration of 4 to 6 days. Ageing in a 7000 liter cement tank for 7 months.
