About the wine
The grapes come from old and young vineyards around and in Alsheim. Deep loess and limestone marl characterize the respective soils.

Tasting note
Fine melon notes, dense, creamy and elegant. The taste is full-bodied, lots of fruit and flavor, great balance.
Culinary recommendation
A perfect accompaniment to light meat dishes or spicy pasta and arugula salad.
Vinification
Selective harvesting is done by hand after maturation. For optimal extraction of the aromatic substances, the grapes are gently ground in the winery and left to stand in their own juice for a few hours. After gentle pressing, fermentation takes place with the vineyard's own yeasts in stainless steel tanks and, after prolonged storage of all yeast, is bottled in spring.
