About the wine
An elegant white wine from Tessin, pressed from Merlot grapes. Fresh, aromatic and with a fine structure, it shows notes of citrus, white flowers and a touch of minerality. A refined wine from world sommelier Paolo Basso.

Tasting note
The color of medium yellow with golden accents. A rich nose of yellow stone fruits such as mirabelles, but also gooseberries and toasted white bread with a hint of roasted hazelnuts. On the palate, a fine combination of fruit and invigorating freshness with lots of elegance and dense aromas. Expressive and very long-lasting on the finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with zander, stuffed chicken breast, trout and puff pastry pie.

Alcoholic fermentation in barriques, aging in small wooden barrels for 8 months
