About the wine
This strong Cabernet Sauvignon 2015 — Il Baciale DOC crowns every festive meal with elegance and finesse. The winemaker from the Italian winery Braida / Giacomo Bologna masters this red wine with sensitivity and intuition in the blooming and picturesque landscape of Piedmont. Tasting note
The mash is fermented in steel tanks, separated by grape variety. The young wines are moved into large wooden barrels for acid degradation. This is followed by the assembly of the individual batches. The married wine is now aged in wood for 12 months. Partly in large barrels, partly in used barriques. After bottling, it is aged in the bottle for a further four months before Il Bacialé goes on sale.

Wonderful with pasta dishes. It also goes well with poultry.
