About the wine
In Montsant, sparkling wine isn’t really a thing. But that didn’t bother Peter Skoglund. The innovative Swede simply wanted to create his own Pet Nat — for one very good reason: he and his daughter Ida love bubbles! With his 100% Garnacha Blanca Pet Nat, he caused quite a stir. By now, more and more winemakers in the region are following his lead. But Peter was the first — and you can taste it: experience, curiosity and a passion for innovation fill every bottle. A lively, sparkling wine with just the right touch of playful freshness. Made for all who love bubbles.

Tasting note
Brilliant golden yellow with possible natural haze. The fine pearls reveal aromas of citrus and anise, with a subtle touch of pastry. On the palate, the wine is lively, fresh and with nice volume.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with cheese, charcuterie, Iberian ham, white meats, pasta, rice, fish, sushi and seafood.
Vinification
100% Garnacha Blanca, spontaneously fermented with wild yeasts. The fermentation started in stainless steel tanks and ended in the bottle using the ancestral method. No malolactic fermentation, filtering or clarification. The wine aged on lees in a vertical position for 7 months. Only very small amounts of sulfur were added. Vegan, natural and unadorned.
