About the wine
Biodynamic, highly committed whirlwind from Valais - winemaker, filmmaker and biodynamic consultant. With over 20 years of experience in organic and biodynamic winemaking with stints at Domaine Bret in Mâcon or most recently at Marie-Thérèse Chappaz, he now has his own company Biodynamie & Cie to make it easier for winemakers to access biodynamics and to accompany them. Since 2022, he has also been growing his own wine on old, organic vineyards in Chamoson. It is clear that he works completely with nature. His wines beguile with a wonderfully balanced and varied aroma as well as lots of juiciness.

Vinification
Selective reading by hand. Fermented naturally with the vineyard's own yeasts, aging for 12 months in steel tanks, minimal filtration and sulfurization with natural SO2 of volcanic origin before bottling.
