About the wine
It's only been back at the forefront for a few years, but that's no wonder, but thanks to the courageous Daniel Wagner. After taking over his parents' winery in the 1990s, he led the winery with great passion and unwavering confidence with its excellent locations (15 ha) to the top of Rheinhessen, where the sites at the gateway to Rheinhessen Switzerland were already there 100 years ago. Year after year, Daniel Wagner and his team work out the special features of the volcanic sites more precisely; the work in the vineyard (certified organic) is exemplary! Vibrant, mineral white wines, distinctive and large.

Tasting note
Classical music, complex harmonics, warm, clear and lively acoustics. It starts with a warm, almost sweet tone, heavenly peace and harmony, yellow fruits, ripe stone fruit, tropical fruits, becoming more complex, softly and warmly underlaid, conifers, herbs, becoming more polyphonic, crescendo, now plays more lively, brighter, fresher, more airy, floral notes, mustard fruits, vibrato, mineral freshness, seems very lively, despite this deep inner peace. On the palate, this fascinating perfection, great complexity and harmony, just a warm tone at the beginning, melodious, incomparably soft and soft, but then: accelerando, lively, what a cultivated fresh energy, silky acidity, vibrating minerality, again very polyphonic, many herbs, including jasmine, freshness carried by a warm, harmonious motif, lingers on for a very long time. A great composition, great emotion!

Selective late harvest by hand. Aging in stainless steel tanks and traditional, old piece barrel and half-piece barrel (oak).
