About the wine
A traditional rosé d'assemblage that consists of 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay, with 6% of Pinot Noir added as Bouzy Rouge. The aging takes place without malolactic fermentation in steel tanks, supplemented by reserve wines from barriques. The nose is dominated by aromas of red berries, accompanied by juicy cherries and plums, accompanied by notes of fruit blossoms and fine pastries. On the palate, the wine is juicy and creamy, with lovely fruitiness, a touch of wininess and a pleasant freshness.

A classic rosé d'assemblage whose base wine is composed of 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay, of which 6% Pinot Noir as Bouzy Rouge. Aged here too without BSA, in steel tanks with reserve wines from the barrique. The red-berry nose is accompanied by aromas of juicy cherries and plums, backed by notes of fruit blossoms and delicate pastry tones. Juicy and creamy on the palate, with beautiful fruit, subtle winefulness and good freshness.
Culinary recommendation
Great as an aperitif and as an accompaniment to tuna or beef carpaccio, beetroot risotto or various pasta dishes. Also great with fruity desserts.
